I made these two Halloween ATC's for a challenge at Altered Pages. For both I made
the backgrounds using Cuttlebug folders. I inked the raised areas. The images are from Altered Pages collage sheets "Happy Halloween" AP-288 and "Antique Halloween" AP-1080. I used foam tape to raise the images from the background slightly.
