I only had one picture of Brandon learning to tie his shoes, so I had to find a way to draw the attention to that one picture. I used Inque Boutique stamps, rub-on stitches and a shoe lace to emphasize his achievement. I think it turned out pretty cute

I think it's about time I add some pictures of some of my work here. I haven't had time to do a lot since Christmas, but I have finished a few layouts; a couple of them I actually like! I have about four years' worth of photos to scrap. So I try to work on a few layouts a week. Challenges I receive from some of my groups help to stimulate me and give me the kick in the pants I need from time to time.
The layout "The End" was done for a challenge at Leora's ScrapbookClubhouse. Chally challenged us to do a layout that evening using circles and buttons. The football was a shank button.

It's a start..........
Well, I've finally joined the world of bloggers. I think I must be the last person on earth who has a blog!! I'm not sure how often I'll post, Heaven knows how little time I have already! And I'm not a writer; I don't even do a lot of journaling on my scrapbook layouts! But I'm hoping this will
be a place where people can come to see my work when they have time. I'd love for it to inspire some or at least pique your interest. I know I'll be relying on my friends to help me figure out how to make this work; so to them I'd like to say thank you right from the start.
